Sumatra Mandheling Coffee, grown in the west-central region near Padang, has a rich, earthy flavor and is considered to be amongst the finest beans available. The beans have a relatively low acidity, but just enough to provide additional interest to the complex tastes. A cup of this bre is smooth and full-bodied with a robust, dry finish, with a distinct note of baker's chocolate.
